Did you get mailbombed after posting the GVP binaries the other week then :)

Actually, this "offender's" ISP has a very effective Usenet Acceptable
Use Policy. He has already posted an apology, as required by them for a
first "offence". If he were to do it again, his Usenet access through
his ISP's machines would be revoked until he apologised and gave an
undertaking not to repeat his behaviour. If he were to fail to make such
an undertaking, and apology within 7 days, or commit a third "offence"
he would lose his account.

I'm not happy either, he cost me 80 pence, but wasting more bandwidth
with retribution won't help.
