- Actually, this "offender's" ISP has a very effective Usenet Acceptable
- Use Policy. He has already posted an apology, as required by them for a
- first "offence". If he were to do it again, his Usenet access through
- his ISP's machines would be revoked until he apologised and gave an
- undertaking not to repeat his behaviour. If he were to fail to make such
- an undertaking, and apology within 7 days, or commit a third "offence"
- he would lose his account.

- I'm not happy either, he cost me 80 pence, but wasting more bandwidth
- with retribution won't help.
